Is this an official EcoVadis tool?+
No. Agents for Change is not affiliated with EcoVadis. The agent helps you prepare your own file and reconstructs the published EcoVadis methodology to give you an indication of your score. The official score comes from EcoVadis itself, after submission.
How reliable is the predicted score?+
The gap analysis and the ranking by impact are the most reliable: they follow directly from which evidence you do and don't have. The absolute score is indicative. A number of indicators - such as 360° Watch and Coverage - can't be derived from your documents and get a neutral assumption. We mark those as such in the grid.
Does the AI make answers up?+
No. The agent searches only the documents you've uploaded and cites the document and page for every answer. If it finds no supporting evidence, the answer literally states that no evidence was found in the available documents.
What if my evidence is in Dutch rather than English?+
Both work. The agent reads your documents in whatever language they're written in, and you can export the gap deck in English or Dutch.
How much time does it really save?+
Companies using the agent save 40 to 50% of the time an assessment normally costs them. Most of that isn't in typing answers, but in no longer having to hunt for the right evidence.
Can colleagues contribute?+
Yes. You assign questions per theme to colleagues with a deadline. They see their own task list and work in the same file. You keep overall control and approve.
Can my suppliers see each other's answers?+
No. Every supplier gets their own copy of the questionnaire. Their supporting documents stay private within their own organisation; only the answers they finalize are shared with you.
What happens to my data?+
The platform is completely European, so your documents never leave European infrastructure, are only used to generate your answers, and are never used to train AI models - not ours, and not anyone else's.
Does it work for ISO or B Corp too?+
Yes. The same agent supports EcoVadis, B Corp, ISO 9001, 14001, 22301 and 27001, plus free-form customer questionnaires. The gap analysis with a predicted scorecard is specific to EcoVadis.
Do I need to understand AI?+
No. There's no prompt engineering involved. You upload documents, pick the EcoVadis template and click 'Generate answers'.
